Electro-plating offers a large variety of colors and finishes and they can all be applied onto a number of different base metals. Along with many custom electro-plated finishes, we consistently provide standard bright, satin and antique finishes in copper, nickel, silver and gold.
Our daily operations are performed utilizing our 15,000 square foot electro-plating department processing both rack and barrel plating. Our large tank size capacities allow us to process a variety of both small items and large items through the same work cells. In order to assure our process is yielding correct customer specifications and maximum quality, we monitor all plated surfaces continuously utilizing x-ray technology. This degree of control allows us to provide an exact metal deposit as well as the best possible finishes consistently.
We can electro-plate the products that we manufacture or we can electro-plate the products that you already have manufactured. We also electro-plate silver onto a large variety of stainless steel products including flatware and hollowware, usually manufactured elsewhere. Plating stainless steel base metals requires us to conduct ongoing testing daily to insure that the greatest degree of adhesion is being achieved.
